Chef Tamra Patterson, hailing from Fort Worth, Texas, is renowned in the culinary world as Chef Tam, the mastermind behind the esteemed Chef Tam’s Brand. With a rich family history steeped in culinary expertise, Chef Tam draws inspiration from generations of cooks, bakers, and restaurant owners.

Establishing her presence in the culinary scene in 2010, Chef Tam has expanded her influence with a line of spices, cookware, and cookbooks. Her talents took the spotlight on the Food Network's "Guy's Grocery Games" in April 2018, where she clinched victory with her innovative Bayou Lovers rendition of Mac and Cheese and other soulful creations. Continuing to impress, Chef Tam has competed in various cooking competitions and graced the pages of esteemed publications such as Essence Magazine, Taste of the South Magazine, and even Forbes. Notably, in 2023, she was honored with the title of 'Best Chef in Memphis.'

Breaking barriers, Chef Tam made history as the first chef from Memphis to win Food Network's Chopped and has even gone head-to-head against Iron Chef Alex on 'Alex Vs. America.' Despite her accolades and celebrity clientele, Chef Tam remains dedicated to serving delectable dishes that bring joy to her patrons.
